F**ks sake. I must be seriously unlucky or something. Once again I am told to wait for the automatic upgrade, and they won't upgrade it for me.
Out of interest, have people been upgraded here without getting the email from NTL saying their local branch has been upgraded? The support people have said both times now that I need to wait for that before the upgrades can happen. Although I can't believe where I am (like half an hour from London) hasn't been upgraded yet.
Are NTL completely on an Indian call centre now BTW? Seems to be everytime I phone now.

Since I have Sky as well, maybe it's easier to bugger off. 8Mbit ADSL sounds tempting (since I pay for a Bulldog ADSL account for my parents). Although I'm too lazy to lose my email address, plus I may be moving house soon.
