Well when I first tried the upgrade the website couldn't find my cable modem, when I disconnected the router and connected the modem directly the cable modem was found and the upgrade went through
Actually thinking about it, the router is after the modem anyway so I dont know why it didnt work first time round
Perhaps the upgrade page needs to see the computer too, which it wouldnt do because of the NAT on the router (I think) - hehe.
