Nothing to worry about, but the reason you have a firewall application or hardware firewall in place.
No-one is trying to access the cable modem and it's a tad pointless having a firewall in place when it'd be in front of the firewall.

The noise being seen is a combination of unclosed connections, the usual spam that flows across the internet, scans from people trying to get at your PC (obviously not an issue if it's switched off) and broadcast traffic on local cable segment, nothing to worry about.
