While I disagree with the Bug person about 40-50 yr olds knowing nothing about the internet, just being able to use a pc and mouse, doesn't necessarily mean that they know much about it
Lots of people can drive, knowing how the car works is different.
However, the question is WHAT do they need to know?
Bug person will need to explain exactly what it is this age group doesn't know?
