I understood the current holiday entitlement did include bank holidays if a person was entitled to holidays. ie: a full time permanent employee.

Is Labour suggesting companies have to increase holidays by another 8 days?

I currectly get 34 days including bank holidays, so an increase of 8 days should apply to me as well then.
