Just upgraded to 1 Meg from 300K. Tried doing it through the web page link but it kept saying this is the wrong user for this broadband account (I tried all the user names!)
Phone call to CS yesterday, service applied, rebooted modem, nothing happened! Waited patiently, all day, nothing happened.
Phone to CS 08:03 this am, applied service, rebooted CM, WWHHHHIIIIZZZZZZZZZ at 1 meg
