I could never understand the popularity of Cash & Carry outlets with small traders, after all they don't offer such good value. Then I realised that without formal invoicing there is no trace back, this allows the trader to sell the goods on the side thereby avoiding income tax on the profit.

It would appear that it isn't just the rich that are on the fiddle.
