About an hour ago, a lot of the cable modems in the rugeley / lichfield area have gone off and are not reconnecting, the modem goes through the cycle of trying to get a connection to NTL but always stops at the recieve light (the first try).

Ive tried contacting NTL but as its holiday nobody seems to be there, is there any other numbers we can use, or are we all screwed until tuesday?

Postcode = WS15 2?? area
