to the site , it sounds as though you have been fed a pile of bull***** to me , all this sounds like is a power level problem which any competent cable engineer should have been able to sort out for you , another call to c.s. is well inorder unless one of our resident tech people would like to join in , btw , i hope you enjoy your stay here
