Well the LAN i think is 1Gb connection, (will depend on if you have a 1gb port router, probably not - probably only 100mb) so your Lan connection will be 100Mb connection, but your wireless connection is only 54Mb so half the time, but your NTL connection is maximum 3mb, so even if you were pulling all of the NTL line, you wouldnt get anywhere near either. The other thing to bear in mind is how far away your wireless router goes (signal weakens with distance) and will cause a slow down of speed. Caspar's entire network is wireless i believe, and he has no issues at all, my PC is the only one connected to my router by cable, the rest of my systems (xbox, PS2, 2 x laptops, iPaq) connect via wireless with little problems, but sometimes when the missus goes on her laptop, the wireless connection lags my ethernet connection
