The one is just the standard 4 pin molex, but shielded and covered in rubber on it's own, and the same for the PCI-E one. The PCI-E one has 6-pins, shield and rubbered just like the 4-pin one.
I bet it is a new revision, because the connector to the motherboard has a "slider" to slide an extra 4-pin connector so it will plug into most server boards.
