Question Telewest promises 10Mbps broadband trials

Is Ntl going to offer this or are we going to be further behind Telewest?

Telewest promises 10Mbps broadband trials 12:03PM

Cable provider Telewest has revealed that it plans to trial a 10Mbps broadband service later this year. It is also planning to upgrade all its 256Kbps users to 512Kbps for the same £17.99 monthly fee, following the upgrading of all its other customers in November 2004. It will also be upgrading its servers to ensure fewer broadband faults

The company has also said that it has found that 'uncapped access appeals', which to be frank comes as no surprise. Telewest customers therefore have good reason to believe that they won't have to worry about monitoring their broadband usage for the forseeable future.

Telewest TV customers can look forward to the launch of the company's digital video recorder in the second half of 2005.
