Hello,

I know this is nothing to do with speed, but I wonder if anyone can give me some advice.

I have the ntl:120 modem and have aquired a new ntl:250 modem, have plugged the new one in and disconnected the old one all the lights work and shows a good connection, but I am unable to acces the internet or email.

Does the mac address of the new modem have to be registered before the modem can work.
