Interesting read, why were armed police despatched just because someone was driving the wrong way ?? Is this the norm or were they tipped off / knew the man had a weapon ? It also says the investigation into the shooting would establish

Surely the armed police would have spotted it, something's not right here IMO that is, me thinks there's more to this story.
