Hi there,

On behalf of my sister am trying to find out why she cannot FTP to her NTL webspace.

I have been using NTL for a number of years now and consider myself a seasoned user but this is driving me nuts.

I set up my sisters NTL but have very little luck with the FTP. The login and passwords are correct as I can log into the ftp site with a number of different FTP programs.
I have even uploaded a small file there. However if I attempt to upload a larger file I recieve the error

451 Transfer aborted. Insufficient memory or file locked.

I have been on the phone to NTL for what must amount to about 4 hours trying to sort the problem out. They have reset the webspace and at the end of numerous phonecalls they resigned and said its not their problem and pretty much cut me off. The phone calls alone have cost my sister about ÃƒÆ’Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£6 and we've had no resolution.

I can't think what can be wrong, I can upload small files but not larger ones.

I am ftping from my sisters NTL account to her NTLWebspace...

any advice will be warmly welcome.
