I have not yet, mainly because the last time the dude wouldn't speak to anyone besides my mother. The DD comes out of her bank account & it's set up to her name, but I'm the primary user.
I work for T-Mobile and they have a password-holder policy, as in someone who knows the p/w can do pretty much anything besides close the account. I don't know if NTL have that nowadays but I don't really want to waste money finding out
