accessible 
Makes for incredibly interesting reading.
It's funny where research takes us and the changes that will ensue in our cultural belief systems....... eventually...... after hundreds of years of women being blamed (in most extreme cases killed/maimed) for not producing a son and heir...... it was discovered (years ago now) that the sex of our offspring was actually dictated by the male parent and not the female.
