I use Telediscount as well as Cheapest Calls (actually also Telediscount but cheaper) www.cheapestcalls.co.uk and they both work pretty well. Nobody can come close to Cheapest Calls - not OneTel or any of the others. And yes before any questions are asked, they do bill you exactly what they advertise and even on ntl: lines.
