keep getting the following error

"task pop.ntlworld.com -sending reported error (0x800CCCoF) the connection to the server was interupted,if the problem continues please contact your isp"

im using microsoft outlook 2003 sp1 and pop.ntlworld.com for the incoming and smtp.ntlworld.com for the outcoming,what am i doing wrong?
