Worst I ever had was when I was BB Trouble-Shooter for ntl's Belfast Franchise. One sub had 1200 and some critical threats when I downloaded and ran AdAware on the puter.
She'd only had the puter almost 3 years, never had a firewall, AV software, nothing. Mad......
