OK,

Just called CS to move from 750k via STB to 2mb. My STB replacement is scheduled for 4th April.

In the mean time she has put me on the 1mb service at 17.99. She told me a I may have to enter my PID and account password which I presume means re-registering my computer. She also told me I would get one month free on the 2mb service.

When the STB install takes place, I should call up CS and have the 1mb service taken off. I think this means I have both 1mb and 2mb on my account so I will get a month at 1mb @ÃƒÆ’Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£17.99 + 2mb @ÃƒÆ’Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£0. So effectively I don't get anything free.

So anyway, we shall see.
