Then she had a problem with her PC and had to call me back. When she called back she said that I'd have to have a Cable Modem because they weren't supplying Samsungs in certain areas.
Is she right about the Pace boxes and 1Mb?
Is the cable modem thing correct because if it is then it's probably the end of me and NTL cos my 12 months is up and my missus won't want "another box cluttering up the lounge". |
She is incorrect about the Pace boxes not being able to support 1mbit. Pace boxes support speeds *up to and including* 1mbit. As for the comment about the Samsung boxes not being supplied in certain areas, it would seem strange that they wouldn't be supplying certain areas with the Samsung boxes. That's just my opinion though.
