I had Norton 2002 at work and when the renewal came up this time round the price had jumped. Out of interest I checked on Amazon what the price would be for an upgrade package to the 2005 version. It was cheaper
Needless to say we got the upgrade
It is possible that we had more than just anti-virus last time but since that was the only part we were using it wasn't worth the higher renewal.
