Yes, living not that far from the one in Wales I remember it. This however is kids and it is becoming very widespread in our area.

The council put a cycle path a few hundred yards and about 200ft higher than my house, we had lots of problems with stones being thrown and neighbours getting windows smashed and cars damaged as a result.

The council used small stones by the side of the path as decoration, or should I say "Ammunition"
