I just go and lock them myself. As long as the lock's have not been broken off
I used to work for telewest. So i have my own set of cab key's. And also have the one's for ntl cab's, as my mate work's for them and supplied me with a set
I'm in a ntl area. And have had to lock the cab that i get fed from on many of ocasion
