Sorry misread and didnt notice it had been unplugged for so long, in that case switch it off at the mains, remove the card, wipe the card, switch the STB back on at the mains, then re-insert the cards when the message about the card being removed displays, this can sometimes bring the channels back, other than that it will need to be rehit or even have a tech out to change the default frequency/swap the stb in extreme cases
