Re: Lost all my Pay channels.

Hi there,

If you switch the STB off at the mains, remove the smartcard from behind the panel on the left front hand side of the Set top box and wipe the gold chip on the underside of the card with your finger, then re-insert the card in the Bottom slot if you have 2 on the STB, before switching the mains power back on then you should have your channels back.
