It will probably be disease that polishes off mankind rather than natural disasters. This could either be disease following a major natural disaster or a super bug that is resistant to all known medication. In todays world it is very easy and quick to move about the globe and something fatal may come along that is quickly passed from person to person but takes a very long while to be first detected.
