Thats real good news guys, when I've got my new STB tomorrow morning and I phone NTL I'm gonna check who I speak to, if I get Daniel I fear my phoneline may all of a sudden get a problem and go dead
, which of course will require me to phone NTL again and hopefully get the nice Scottish lady we all praise here...
(Please don't take the dead phoneline joke seriously, I know there are a few guys on here who will complain about something like that...)
