Morning. Ok bit of a long one. I use to have 750k [black box} ,on the 28march at 1745 till 1815 hrs i got the ntl run around trying to get my new silver box

So i get on to billing to fine out what the hell is going on
that was at 1010am today ...10 mins later i get a girl called St... in scotland. who was no help at all.. said i would have to pay the bill.. I say hang on i did not ask for 1.5 [3mb]. she said i would still have to pay. I say hang on, iam not paying for something i did not ask for. billing said yes.. but we will give you the rest back on the next bill.. i say how much..? billing say dont know
.. i say can i speak to the sup. billing say are you at home now.. yes i say. still waiting
Now some where i have seen a list of names you can wright to? can some one help me out?
