Hang onthey aready do that at holme house prision near us, universities of Leeds and Durham both do long distance learing courses, but I do not see very many reformed people I am sorry to say. You have to take them from one enviroment which is causing them all the upset and move them to another where they cannot cause them harm or pain and they can start live again a fresh away from temptation. National service in this country is totally different from America, they have to do more rigorous training and it has more structure to the training.
