Since I was getting impatient for 'automatic' upgrade

I have just upgraded via NTL website from 750k to 2meg without any major problem. The one problem I did have was trying to find my original username and password from some 4 years ago which, for some reason was required, despite my MAC address being interrogated and then displayed. I eventually found it writen on my CD from those far off days. I have a Surfboard CM 4100 which has always worked fine.
Just checked with Dan Elwell's Speed test and getting 1927Kb/s Download and 207Kb/s upload. Well chuffed since it has cost me no more.
By the way , I am located in Hitchin, Herts.
