You are due an upgrade shortly. You will receive a letter explaining this, and also explaining what is going on. In what way is that 'not communicating with customers'?
I can assure if there's ever another speed upgrade they'll do it exactly the same, they cater for the majority of customers, not a select few who want a telegram from the Queen every time there's a change to their service.
Hopefully if you're leaving this debate you'll join the real world at the same time.

Hi, but wouldnââ‚Ã⠀šÃ‚¬ÃƒÂ¢Ã¢â‚¬Å¾Ã‚¢t it have been wiser and more sensible to have sent the letters out before the upgrade started, then NTL customers wouldnââ‚Ã⠀šÃ‚¬ÃƒÂ¢Ã¢â‚¬Å¾Ã‚¢t be phoning and wondering whatââ‚ ¬Ã¢â€žÂ¢s going on. It seems like closing the gate after the horse has bolted. And yes Iâ₠¬ÃƒÆ’¢â€žÂ¢m about to join the real world and go for good 50-mile cycle ride.
