The aims of Cable Forum are simply to build on the success of nthellworld and:
  • To allow cable customers in the UK to voice open and honest opinions of ntl and Telewest services.
  • To facilitate discussion between staff and customers of both cable companies.
  • To provide help and support to those who need it and who ask on the website.
If I thought before I joined here that this was just an extension of NTheL world I would not have signed up. I have no problems with NTL (not just creeping) I have a fast connection 750kb and am now waiting for a FREE upgrade to more than double the speed to 2mb I can't remember having any trouble except for what turned out to be scheduled work which I never looked for on their website (my fault). my upgrade to a Samsung STB will not be done until April 6th and i don't know when i'll get the connection sorted. To all of you who are so desperate why not just sign to another company for a 2mb connection and pay their prices....oh and see how long that takes to set up and that will be for an individual not thousands or millions whatever the case at NTL.
