Hello everyone
Well I've just become one of the ever growing amount of customers, who have been lied to by NTL CS.
Over two days later and I'm still on 1.5mb, when several people in my area were upgraded on Tuesday.

Have you tried contacting them again? It may be that you haven't been lied to but that the automatic upgrade has failed for some reason.
