Thanks, I "really" don't want to seem sceptical, but is that a genuine test? I've tried the one from ADSL Guide and it tells me the speed is closer to 300k, rather than the 1mb. Yet the test above gives "infinity" answers.
The CS agent said it would be done within an hour, I've tried rebooting the PC & Modem as well, but the speed doesn't seem any different

It is genuine - did you try to repeat the test from the source server?
