I live in merseyside area and when i phoned up CS about the upgrade for my pace STB i was told i have to wait until April 6th for the box but not to worry cos the upgrade is not happening until next month anyway
but hey i'm happy on 750 and can wait as long as it takes for a free upgrade to 2mb
