Just spoke to a very nice lady in customer service about 5 mins ago, who organised my 3mb upgrade by stb. Did a reboot then had to reprovision my pc then reboot again I'm now on 3mb and wooooooooo Thank you NTL for free upgrade, thank you all at cable forum for the info in the first place.
