We're probably gonna need more details.
What OS are you using?
What modem have you got connected?
What error messages (if any) are you getting?
How are you connecting your PC to the modem (USB, Ethernet, Wireless)?
Are you using a firewall at all?
I'm not sure I know much about the TW side of things but somebody here might be able to offer some more advice with a bit more detail.
