The problem with NTL management is they donââ‚Âà ‚¬ÃƒÂ¢Ã¢â‚¬Å¾Ã‚¢t know how to pre-plan.

If ntl is so bad, why do you stay with them? Feel free to change to an ADSL provider, as is your right.
