If they say 2Mb and 1Mb you can then say that there must be something higher than 2Mb so you will have that. I would imagine the 750k and 300k tiers are no longer on their systems as an option to move to.

I may say i am phoning to downgrade my 1.5mbit without asking for 3 mbit,then say what what speed is the £25 a month option,if they say 750 kbps i will say thought it was 2 mbit now.Then i will say what i really want is the 3 mbit that is on your site and some people in my area have got,then ill stay on gold.
