ive rung C/S 3 times and got 3 different answers
1. I have put it through it will be done in a couple of hours. = lie coz its instant
2. U need to ring t/s so rung em please ring C/s
3. you will recieve a letter about the update
im so confused and it dont take much to get me confused
O BTW the famous 1 its automatic whilst others a manually doing it online
