I suspect that if this is no longer your "Subscribed" account then you are going to struggle, try customer services and see if you are fortunate enough to get someone who doesn't notice that it is an old account. I am assuming here that when you moved house you didn't transfer the NTL account with you, otherwise CS should be able to help anyway in reseting the account password.
Alternatively get the email sent to a different address if you can.
