The person raised a decent question. It's weird that ntl didn't scream it from the rooftops, especially considering all the other ISP's are upgrading speeds too. And with ntl having a national advantage with the 3mb speed, you'd think they'd wanna let everyone know about it, before they have a chance to sign up for their competitors. BT are still in the process of upgrading, yet they've screamed it from the rooftops, and they've explained that current users will have to be patient as each area is upgraded. Ntl should have done the same thing. Even telling their staff would have been nice.
