the analogue output from the decoder (stb) is detected by your TV as only one 'channel' (plus the terrestrial channels 1-5 if the stb has a bypass fitted), the individual programmes within the one analogue 'channel' can only be accessed by using the remote or manually on the stb - so the frequency isn't that relevant as your TV sees it as only one.
