I would doubt that they have put so many extra staff on that it has reduced call waiting times from the 30 min, 40 mins, over an hour, etc that are usually posted. Where would they have got all those extra staff from if they have made so many redundant? Don't forget that it is only people reading this and similar forums that would know about the speed increases.

I can see all those new members posting but I was referring to the same questions being asked a few times on the same page, not throughout the thread.
