I am not sure about that, but what I do know is, the major restructuring that began 12 months ago was designed to make customer services (and the rest of the company) more efficient, and they meant it!

I am starting to see it in many other areas of the business too. Mainly little things so far, but that's where you have to start.

I'm not naive, there's still many things that are wrong, however todays events are the first *major* indication to most people 'on the outside' that things are finally getting better.
