Now, people in general. NTL will probably be upgrading everyone soon. I shouldn't think they will roll out the upgrade to everyone nationally as that could generate an incredible amount of calls as STBS and Cable Modems fail (according to various NTL employees I have talked to, some boxes do fail while being upgraded).
I know it's frustrating, but I do think (for me anyway) the result is worth the wait. |
