Well the update was supposed to have been sent to me at around 2ish this afto and still nothing. So I ring up tech support and get through to the indian call centre.
The bloke doesnt have a clue whats he talking about. Apparantly its because I need to delete the cookies and history. That will get my up to my requested 2mb speed.

And he was adament on that too.
Oh and by the way, he also wondered why I wanted to be upgraded to 2mb when on his records I'm using a 55mb connection. No joke.
I asked to be transferred and he wouldnt saying there was no1 else available to take my call.
Fair enough, I still havent been upgraded but theres still plenty of time. I would at least like the decency to talk to someone who knows what I am and they are on about. I have never got so irate talking to CS. It was a joke.
