No good complaining about that to NTL mate, they won't do anything.
It's even worse if you are on the top tier. They have just had the nerve to double that to 3Mb at no extra cost. What are they playing at? If I was on the top tier I would cancel my contract immediately and move to one of those wonderful ADSL packages which only give you 2Mb.
